Aviation Job Fair in Corona on March 7 2019

Aviation career opportunities are expanding in Queens, and this will likely bring jobs in related industries with it. For instance, the Queens Chronicle reports that the new TWA Hotel at JFK Airport has begun hiring, looking to employ as many as 800 people.

If you are job-hunting, mark your calendar. Council Members Costa Constantinides, Francisco Moya, and Daniel Dromm, Assemblywoman Aravella Simotas, Queens Borough President Melinda Katz, and the Council for Airport Opportunity are sponsoring an Aviation Job Fair on Thursday March 7 at Elmcor, 36-16 108th St, Corona, NY 11368, from 10 am to 2 pm.

Meet with companies who are hiring now! Bring your ID , social security card, and multiple copies of your resume. Professional business attire is strongly recommended. This is a great opportunity to network with employers and start a career in aviation.
