Funding For Charybdis Playground
OANA Admin Astoria Park’s popular Charybdis Playground, which has not been renovated in many years, is to receive $1 million for improvements. Council Member Costa Constanides, when announcing that he had allocated these funds in the budget, said that the extra funds would go to expanding the play area, new play equipment, and a new spray shower.
