Healthy Eating Habits Workshop At Mount Sinai Queens

Are you living on TV dinners and Twinkies? Would you like to improve your diet and help protect yourself against Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some types of cancer? Mount Sinai Queens has you covered with a workshop, Easy Ways to Make Healthy Eating Habits a Habit on Thursday April 20th at 4 pm. Outpatient Clinical Dietitian Marie Keogh will show you how simple changes can make a big difference. RSVP required.
