New Hotel in Ravenswood

A new hotel is coming to Ravenswood, on a lot at 37-10 24th Street that is currently cleared and awaiting construction. According to documents filed with the Department of Buildings, the new hotel, at 13 stories, would be the tallest edifice in the immediate neighborhood apart from the Ravenswood Power Plant on the East River Waterfront.
